Service Engineer III

Our Client, one of the region’s leading providers of integrated information technology solutions and services, are looking for high calibers to join them to share their vision and to be the dominant IT provider in the region.

Responsibilities:

Report to Service Supervisor or Service Manager. Provide quality on-site services which include installation, hardware or system software related maintenance, relocation projects and other technical service tasks.

Requirements:

l            Higher Diploma of computer engineering or related subject

l            MCSE or PABX vendor certification

l            Good command of English & Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin

l            2 years Solid working experience of technical field services in the area of IT desktop/server, or networking, or storage or telecom/PABX

l            Strong technical troubleshooting skill, people communication and customer handling skill, with customer oriented mind-set
