Job Accountabilities:
1. Responsible in budgets, forecasts, financial reports and cost control
2. Assisting the supervisor in development and enforcement of Financial Policy
3. Evaluating Financial Systems
4. Maintain good control with banks, Government authorities for compliance with local rules and regulations
5. Review and develop procedure of internal control and other relating procedures and policies including procurement
6. Monitoring cash flows, fund in and out functions
7. Reporting to Chief Financial Officer
 
Job Requirements
1. Recognized University degree in Accounting and professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA, CPAA or AICPA preferred
2. At least 7 years of Accounting and Financial Management including 3 years in supervision and management position
3. Good command of spreadsheet programs such as excel and Accounting software
4. Good integrity and professional manner, and can-do attitude
5. Strong communication skills
