We are a listed company and looking for suitable candidates for the following position in Macau.

Cage Supervisor (Ref: Cage-S)

Primary Responsibilities:
1.    Supervising Cage Cashier transactions for accuracy and attention to casino procedures
2.    Balancing of Casino Cage area in their supervision
3.    Supervising Junket Programs (Buy In, Turnover & Settlement)

Responsibilities:
- Supervising all Cashier transactions to ensure correctness, and procedures are adhered to
- Checking the Cashiers window floats after balancing at the end of a shift.
- Replenishing the floats of the Cashiers from main bank, or transferring chips to the chip bank in exchange for cash.
- Junket Turnover and settlement.
- Delegating general duties to the Cashiers

Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Good basic arithmetic and computer skills
- Previous casino cashier experience essential
- A team player with active participation and good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
