Responsibilities 

• Align property solutions with corporate vision
• Strive for high and total ROI in developing solutions
• Translate business requirements into feasible system solutions
• Keepy abreast of new technology development
• Maintain operational stability of all hospitality systems by swiftly resolving system related issues
• Provide operational support to other IT teams
• Specialize in hospitality systems and related solutions
• Participate in problem diagnostics, root cause analysis, and solution development
• Work with end users in design and development of new applications and systems
• Lead project sub-teams

Requirements 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of process and data modelling techniques and experience in data analysis and database design
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
• Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum eight years of broad system development and implementation experience, of which minimum three years in hospitality industry
• Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and a team player
• Dynamic, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written
