Job descriptions

- Leading Maintenance Service Team to complete excellent services

- Planning and monitoring the improvement of maintenance works and provide necessary  recommendations for growth

- Provide training to all Maintenance Services Team members

Job requirements

- University graduated or above in Mechanical or equivalent

- At least 8 years of practical managerial experience in MVAC system maintenance

- Presentable, A good-team player, detail-oriented, independent, self-initiated, dynamic and resourceful to provide ideas for ongoing improvement of service level

- Good interpersonal communication skill and management skill

- Excellent in written and spoken both English and Chinese
