Accountant
Based in Macau Responsibilities: - Counter check all the Quotations, PO and other documents related to our Sales Project
- Review all the outgoing documents (such as purchase orders, delivery note, goods collect form and return note, etc…) prepared by Sales Admin. Dept
- Review shipment arrangement (includes insurance package for oversea shipment) for all accounts prepared by Sales Admin Dept (Logistic Section
- Issue Sales invoices after verifying all related documents and submit to Finance Manager for signing
Requirements: - 3 – 4 years relevant working experience
- University graduate major in accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in MS Excel/ Word with hands-on experience in computerized accounting system
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Previous experience in a listed group will be advantages
