Inviting applications for the position below:
 
Responsibility
  • Perform helpdesk function for decentralized machines
  • Provide preventative maintenance services to copying machines
  • Provide daily routine checking services to replenish paper, toner, fuser, etc
  • Assist customers to use equipment to maximize the utilization of the office devices
  • Inspect regularly supply levels and order
  • Compile monthly report & manage inventory control
 
Requirement
  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience is an advantage
  • Good Knowledge in PC applications (IT and printer repairing knowledge is preferable)
  • Good spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills & work independently
  • Fresh graduate with sound knowledge of IT will also be considered
