Warehouse Customer Service Supervisor

Role Responsibilities:
     -  Inform customer of alternative arrangements in the situation of a delay
     -  Handle customer complaints/enquiries and do necessary reporting to manager & customers
     -  Conduct/implement necessary reports for customers
     -  All data maintain and updated
     -  Conduct all working instruction in place per SOP

Requirements:
     -  At least 3 years of relevant work experience
     -  College or above
     -  Mature, self-motivated and independent working
     -  Good command in spoken & written English & Chinese
     -  Proficient in PC applications especially Ms Word & Excel
     -  Knowledge of Warehouse Management and/or Import/Export is an advantage
     -  Immediate available is highly preferable

Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Role Responsibilities:
     -  Coordinate with Warehouse operatives, and other team closely to avoid any mishandling of shipment during transfer
     -  Raise an irregularity report if shipments found damage in the warehouse and report any incidents or accidents to Warehouse Manager
     -  Responsible for all receiving and releasing of all shipment from the Warehouse and ensuring that they are staged properly in their designated areas in an orderly manner
     -  Train all transfer staff to be alert in their checking and counting of shipment during final transfer at warehouse

Requirements:
     -  At least 3 years of relevant work experience
     -  College or above
     -  Mature, self-motivated and independent working
     -  Good command of English & Chinese
     -  Proficient in PC applications 
     -  Knowledge of Warehouse Management and/or Import/Export is an advantage
     -  Immediate available is highly preferable
