A Leading global estate developer of multi-use integrated resorts company in Macau is urgently looking for star property sales professionals to join its team in Macau as a Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager, which job responsibilities and requirements are as follow:

Responsibilities:

·        Development and implementation of sales strategies

·        Manage the sales team

·        Work closely with the marketing team to execute the items related to property sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BA or related required
• Real estate/ property sales experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering is an advantage
• Strong leadership qualities with a minimum of 3 years Senior Sales level experience preferably in property investment filed
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
• Good analytical and organizational skills, strategic mindset
• Highly motivated by challenges, results driven
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skill with all levels
• Able to work under pressure
