System Development & Technical Manager - sports betting company

Our client is a leading sports betting company in Macau. Due to business expansion, the company is looking for a suitable IT professional to join its system development and technical team of IT Department as a System Development & Technical Manager.

Responsibilities:

‧Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related discipline
‧Knowledge of Tcl/Tk, Java, SQL programming languages and debugging tools with proven developer experience
 ‧Experience in leading a technical team (software development and support) and ready to be hands on at any time
‧Strong problem analysis and solving skills
‧Good experience with Unix, Linux and Windows NT Platform
‧Knowledge in Informix, Oracle and SQL server and Client/Server application is preferable
‧Good command of English and Chinese

Requirements:

‧Ensure System requirement specification, design, development, implementation and maintenance meeting required standards
‧Ensure team development to meet company needs, including resolving problems on spot within a short period of time to meet high system availability standard
