Role Responsibilities :
   -  Responsible for the operational and P&L management of all existing contracts across all business units
   -  Responsible for project management of business improvement initiatives
   -  Responsible for the effective implementation of all DHL First Choice initiatives within the operations
   -  Providing Head of Operations with accurate and timely management information
   -  Responsible for meeting budgeted profitability targets.  Geographical scope in Macau
   -  Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness.  Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective function

Requirement :
   -  Degree Holder or above
   -  At least 5 years operations experience in logistics or project management
   -  Good Customer Management & Communication Skills
   -  Capable to demonstrate management leadership
   -  Willing to travel and to work under pressure and flexible
   -  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
   -  Immediate available is highly preferable
