Our client is the one of the most famous themed VIP lounge bar and dining. Due to the rapid expansion, our client will plan to set up their business in the Venetian Macau Resort starting from early 2009. As highly recognized club where global entertainers and professional athletes, VIPs, international business executives can relax, party and network, all sophisticated young adult are flocking to enjoy the club. Main responsibilities: - Mainly in charge of the specific themed section of the club lounge
- Direct management of the entire area team, handle administrative duties like stock control, staff training, scheduling, etc. ensure team members are appropriately organized.
- Leading and oversee the area operational aspects such as hospitality services, control crowds, reach target volume and problem solving, etc
Basic requirements: - At least 3 years' working experience in hotel, restaurant or club
- Excellent communication skills with fluent speaking in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must. Good command of speaking Japanese is an added advantage
- Strong analytical ability and self motivated with excellent people management and organizational skills to function effectively, with particular attention to detail
- Highly developed social skills and able to network with customers
- Be energetic, assertive and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to work a varied schedule- On shift duty is required,
- Macau resident with the right to live and work in Macau preferred
