客戶服務員

工作職責

  • 負責處理娛樂場內(包括高投注區域)所有客戶的查詢。
  • 協助客戶使投注更順利的進行。
  • 主動向客戶提供適當的協助及優質的服務。
  • 與客人溝通、介紹本娛樂場及酒店之特色、設施、所享優惠及其使用方法，並鼓勵客人成為會員。

 

要求

  • 具中五學歷或以上。
  • 有相關工作經驗優先。
  • 青年，有活力，善於與客戶溝通，待人有禮，態度誠懇。
  • 流利的廣東話、英語及普通話口語能力，能講其他語言更佳。
  • 具基本電腦操作經驗，包括MS Office應用程式Word、Excel及PowerPoint。
  • 需輪班工作。
  • 可即時上班者優先。
