Responsible for daily operations of Call Centre in terms of handling customer inquiries, including calls, email orders, invoice questions, complaints, etc. -
Liaising with clients and coordinating arrangements of tour, sightseeing, accommodation, transportation and any other requests by clients, etc. Requirements: -
University Degree -
At least 1 to 2 years working experience in Call Centres -
Strong oral and writter communication / presentation skils / time management -
Good presentation & communication skills -
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese; Fluency in other languages is an added advantage -
Able to work independently and under pressure -
Travel industry experience a plus although not mandatory The company offers a competitive salary and bonus package, medical benefits and a generous vacation and illness entitlement. You will be working based on a 5 day working week, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
