Responsibilities: - Perform general membership duties for the efficient operations of membership desks i.e., membership promotion, recruitment, applications, data maintenance, etc.; - Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, or refer such matters to superior; - Perform duties associated with Promotions and Programs offered in the Clubs and Members’ Rooms i.e., promotions publicity, rolling, floor observation, etc.; - Perform duties of an intermediary between members and Club Operations personnel; - Coordinate with relevant departments on pre-arrangements requested for VIPs, i.e., Food & beverage, services, show tickets, entertainment; - Perform meet & greet/ hosting duties as assigned; - Ensure the highest standards of appearance, communication and cooperation are upheld.
