Ground Operations Officer
Ground Operations Officer (Ref. GOO) Job Description: - To provide passenger service at check-in counter, arrival area, flight information desk and boarding gate
- To coordinate and supervise the ground handling agent on daily operation
- To engage in travel document checking, seat assignment, data entry, queue management and excess baggage collection
- To assist Customers with special needs
- To provide schedules, fares and other product information
- To make bookings and respond to fare inquiries, handle ticket issue and refund requests
- To monitor the handling of customer irregularities and amenities, including baggage
- Other related Ground Handling functions
Requirements: - Diploma holder or above
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge of Passenger check-in procedures preferable.
- Maintain a positive, good natured attitude through any problems is essential
- One year customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Previous airline experience preferred but not a must
- Flexible working hours
- Shift Duty is required
