Our Client ,is a America based company that is a leading custom software and system solution provider specializing in gaming and hospitality. They mainly provide consulting, custom development, and network engineering services to the gaming and banking companies. Due to their expansion, they are looking for Technician Specialist to join their team in Macau new brand office.

 

Purpose:

 

The Implementation Specialist is a both technical and customer service position focused mainly on performing onsite installations and training of the company product suite. Implementation Specialist must be possessed of a wide range of technical skills, as well as the ability to develop good working relationships with our customers. The Implementation Specialist is required to conduct technical training programs and determines training objectives for the training team. Writes training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Onsite and remote software installations and support of a complex product suite in gaming environments
  • Quickly develop and maintain product knowledge necessary to complete installations and support of the company product line.
  • Work closely, associatively, and timely with Team Leads and other levels of management to ensure awareness of customer concerns, issues and priorities.
  • Assist with development and deployment of methodologies for testing post implementation and providing performance statistics and reports.
  • Provides technical support including product technical training onsite, as well as via telephone, and electronic media.
  • Determines what courseware should be created/ modified for both existing and new products

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • 4 year technical degree or equivalent work experience, plus 3-5 years experience in technical support or IT in an Enterprise environment
  • MCSE Certification required
  • Hands on creation and deployment of virtual machines in a VMware, VirtualPC, Microsoft Virtual Server, etc…
  • Deployment of SQL Server database as well as configuration of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, SQL 2000 and 2005, and IIS are a must.
  • Must posses knowledge of network fundamentals and protocols (such as TCL/ IP, DHCP, and DNS), as well as Active Directly, Group Policy, and Profile Management.
  • Experience with the deployment of complex “in-house” developed software applications.
