To be successful in this management position you must have:

·        Hands on restaurant management experience in a 4+ star restaurant is preferred.

·        Ability to create a welcoming and professional environment for all guests

·        Ability to go above and beyond for all guests

·        Ability to anticipate guests needs

·        Provide ongoing support to the food and beverage team

·        Ability to multi task and stay organized in pressured situations

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin)

·        Holder of Macau ID is definitely an advantaged
