Our client, a well established and deluxe hotel in Macau is positioned in the centre of the downtown. It comprised of more than 410 exquisite rooms and can command superb panoramic views. Due to the business expansion, we are now recruiting an enthusiastic experienced IT professional to join their dynamic team.

Helpdesk Support Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

-Provide first line and helpdesk support to end-users
-Identify problems, troubleshoot and escalate to next level support effectively
-Update computer inventory records and call log records
-Provide remote and on-site technical support for the end user
-Update resolution to known problems in internal knowledge base system for future reference
-Supervise a team of technicians, monitor and assign duties to them

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
-Minimum 3 years' experience in helpdesk support with at least 1 year supervisory experience
-Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills are required
-Excellent customer service manner, hard-working, independent and self-initiative
-Holder of MCITP, MCSE, or CCNA certificate is preferred
-Familiar with the hotel or casino system is definitely an advantage
-Good command of Chinese and English
-Local Macau resident only
