IT System Specialist

Job Duties
-Provide Helpdesk support and technical services to all end-users
-Responsible for the overall hardware &software maintenance and IT  infrastructure management 
-Liaise and coordinate with vendors on provision of solutions and services
-Troubleshoot system problems and investigate problems
-Update and backup the company’s servers and PCs  

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration and desktop support experience in a Windows environment. 
-Proficient and hands on experience in email server configurations, terminal server, TC/IP networking.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of Chinese and English
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Holder of MCSE is preferred
-Local Macau Resident only
