汔車公司服務部副經理

為協助業務發展, 某名貴歐洲品牌汔車公司現誠聘副經理(售後服務部)乙名, 此經理需在澳門分公司任職, 其職務如下:
 
  • 管理及監控服務部之日常運作
  • 提升工作流程及團隊之效率及生產力
  • 擬定策略以達到服務部的年度業績
  • 處理及跟進客人的問題和投訴, 並推廣汔車美容及維修/改裝服務
  • 監督服務部前台職員的工作表現
 
所需條件:
 
  • 機械工程或相關學科的學士証書/文憑或以上程度
  • 最少七年從事汔車行業, 並有兩年或以上的管理經驗
  • 曾在歐洲品牌車行工作至四年或以上
  • 良好英語及中文溝通技巧
  • 持有效駕駛執照
