The Gaming Machines Ambassador is responsible for warmly welcoming guests to City of Dreams, explaining our gaming machines product and how to play the gaming machines. Additionally, the Ambassador is responsible for explaining our Players Club programme to our guests, and signing them up as members. The Gaming Machine Ambassador is to strive to deliver a quality total venue experience for every guest on each visit. Experience ? Guest service experience a strong advantage ? Casino experience an advantage, but not required.
Education
- Gaming related courses an advantage. Skills / Competencies - Strong command of Chinese (both spoken and written) required, with competency in both Mandarin and Cantonese strongly preferred, and English and other Chinese and/or Asian dialects an advantage. - Willingness to learn new skills. - Good communication skills. - Outgoing personality. |
