Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing quality service to both internal and   external customers in entire sales and marketing process and participating in quality improvement projects.
  • Handle customer enquiries; prepare quotation & agreement as well as correspondences, order processing and delivery arrangement and payment follow up and other sales administrative work.
  • Assist the Manager to prepare proposal or presentation to the key customers.

Requirements:

  • University graduate.
  • Positive attitude. 
  • Excellent communication in both written and Spoken English & Chinese. 
  • Good team player and willing to walk for extra miles.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years’ working experience.
