Position Summary The Call Centre Operator is responsible for providing professional and prompt service to our customers, promoting Crown Macau's services and facilities in an informed and timely manner. Primary Responsibilities - To ensure the provision of professional and timely customer service to our customers, ensuring familiarity within all areas of the Call Centre including Restaurants Reservations, Paging , MIS Message Desk and Customer Information Centre
- Accurately record and process requests and messages for our customers and associated Departments, utilising Crown Macau systems and technology
- Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to all areas of operation as well as keeping abreast of up-coming events, ensuring accurate information is provided to our customers
- Assists with administrative tasks as required, including preparation of statistical data and designated workplace tasks
- Adherence to established Occupation Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures and reporting requirements
- Consistently seek to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with team members and ensure a positive approach to work
- To assist with coaching and training through the "buddy programme" for new and existing staff members of the team
- Follow established sales and marketing practices and procedures to assist in achieving corporate objectives (i.e. up-selling, recommending venues etc.)
- Report all customer complaints and service requirements to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction
- Relevant experience within a call centre environment and/or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in dealing with telephone technology
- Adheres to and supports the Company's Vision and Values
- Displays a high commitment to improving customer service
- Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals
- Encourages people to work as a team
- Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
- Clearly understands the strategic Vision of the Company and how it impacts on the Business Unit / Function
- Anticipates and assesses issues, risks or opportunities facing the Company and applies effective, creative solutions
- Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, well spoken English. Additional Asian language is advantage
