Position Summary
The Surveillance Operator is to provide monitoring and analysis of all gaming and cash handling areas and activity within the boundaries of Altira Macau. To ensure any violation or suspected violation of the law and company regulations are logged and reported to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Shift Manager. Primary Responsibilities - Experience working with rules, policies and procedures in a gaming environment with surveillance experience an advantage however not necessary. Macau resident only
- Contribute to the Surveillance team's effectiveness by promoting a professional image and handling all situations with the required confidentiality
- Maintain effective reporting procedures by ensuring all reports are completed in a timely manner and filed appropriately, keeping appropriate personnel informed at all times
- Evaluate and analyse information from various sources
- Knowledge and understanding of the Major Games, Blackjack, Baccarat, CS Poker, Sicbo, Roulette would be an asset
- Observe and analyse gaming and cash handling areas using advanced IT systems, in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Review gaming and cash handling activities to ensure procedures have been complied with and integrity maintained
- Monitor, detect and report on irregular, suspicious and illegal activities, ensuring appropriate personnel are informed
- Personal qualities, high level of professionalism and integrity, observant, attentive and aware of details
