Responsibilities
1. To man the control room and monitoring of the CCTV system
2. To receive complaints and handle enquiries
3. To report any irregularities as regards cleaning, repairs and security
4. To take up other duties as required by senior level supervisors
5. To assist in the overall control and operation of security, cleaning and other management services
6. To supervise the performance and discipline of Security Guards
7. To assist in handling general complaints of tenants
Requirements
1. Form 5 or equivalent,
2. A holder of certificate of Security Training Course issued by relative authorities
3. 2 years of relevant experience and at least one year in supervisory level
4. Familiar with Building Automation System is an advantage.
