The Candidate



·          Tertiary educated.

·          3+ years experience in similar capacity with professional & technical 
skills to operate café.

·          Ability to manage the overall daily cafe operations independently 
including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and training of employees. 

·          Influencing power to drive team work and to excel the quality standard 
set.

·          Good communication, good customer service and strong organization skills.

·          Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

·          Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift
