| M.I.C.E. EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME |
Aims
This is an intensive MICE development programme, integrating previous MICE skills and knowledge of the participants within a professional and practical context. The key aims are to develop a strategic insight into the planning and management of MICE within the context of Macao (current and future), exploring competitive analysis, regional and global trends and the implications for Macao.
Methodology
Seasoned consultants will employ different effective training methodologies to enhance the learning of participants. For instance, lectures, small group discussion, presentation, interactive activities etc.
All participants will also receive a copy of the published book ‘Introduction to MICE Management: A Training Manual’ (in English language) by Glenn McCartney PhD, CHE, covering MICE topics in general.

| INTRODUCTION TO M.I.C.E.(MEETING, INCENTIVE, CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION) MANAGEMENT |
Aims
This course aims to provide participants with an understanding of the global MICE industry, and the knowledge and professional skills needed to undertake MICE planning, staging and management. Participants will be given an overview of the rising significance and highly competitive nature of the MICE industry, with a particular focus on issues of relevance and importance to MICE development in Macao and in the region.

Seasoned consultants will employ different effective training methodologies to enhance the learning of participants. For instance, lectures, small group discussion, presentation, interactive activities etc. Each participant will be given the published book ‘Introduction to MICE Management: A Training Manual’ (in English Language) by Glenn McCartney PhD, CHE, which covers the course over 15 specific chapters.
